Return/Refund Policy
At Black Panther Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided that the return is initiated within 30 days of the order date.
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery, as well as for items that were not delivered at all. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at sales@blackpanthercloset.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong size or color. We strongly recommend that you review our product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@blackpanthercloset.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
